World Vision Mali is recruiting the following position:STEP USER  (01)

Location:  Beledougou (Kati)
Purpose of the position:
To perform daily inputting and updating of sponsorship information in SingleSTEP(Database), generate and analyse reports to inform programming and to provide support in sponsorship business processes to the ADP.

Major Responsibilities:
Enter and monitor all data emanating from ADP into SingleSTEP. Among those data there are:
New Registered Child record,
Partnership Holds and child information updates,
Updating child records,
Presence and participation (including RC records dropping),
Child Well-Being case management.
Enter and monitor ordinary mails (sponsor letter and child reply), GNs, Queries, ILs, Christmas Cards and APRs into SingleSTEP.
Ensure all ordinary mails (SL, IL, GN and Queries) are recorded in a tool allowing a clear tracking of these items such as the date they were received at the ADP, the date they were closed at the ADP, the date they were sent to the National Office and the number of days these items took in the ADP »
Generate SingleSTEP and Stepwise reports on Partnership Holds, Child wellbeing, correspondences, queries, GNs and ILs and share with ADP team for necessary action.
Manage RC data discrepancies between ADP SingleSTEP and Stepwise.
Print and collate labels for all correspondences coming in/from ADP and process for mailing.
Qualifications:  Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Educational level required: BA /BSC Degree in, Administration, Development studies /planning, Social Science disciplines or related field.
Computer literacy in MS word, excel, access, lotus notes and competency in data entry procedures.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must possess high sense of integrity
Working Environment / Conditions:
Work environment:  ADP Office-based with minimum travel to the field
Travel:  5% Domestic travel is required.
