USAID/Mali has an immediate opening for an experiencedAID Foreign Service National (FSN) Records and File Management Coordinator who develops and maintains good flow of information (electronic or manual). She/he undertakes major assignments and works with a high degree of independence in implementing solutions to enhance Records and files management
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree or the host country academic equivalent, in the fields of Business management or related study is required Minimum two years of progressively responsible work of a program, technical, or administrative nature where emphasis is placed on analytical, judgmental, and expository abilities with respect to the operation, management, and utilization of information Systems Management is required Proficiency in both oral and written French (level 4) and English (level 3). An expert knowledge of information processing, computer systems operations (MS Windows) and document processing application required. She/he must possess thorough knowledge of Electronic filing systems, Microsoft Publisher, and use of Internet browser. He/she must also possess organizational and management skills that will lead him/her to resolve operational issue and deal with emergencies as they rise. Position requires exceptional interpersonal skills in order to gain acceptance of findings, recommendations, and decisions relative to information management, computer system operation and support. She/he must be skilled in providing good customer services. She/he must be skilled in using administrative and technical reference materials, and relating information therein to technical aspects of management.
