Final compensation within the GS-12 grade range will be based upon the candidate’s past salary, work history and educational background.

7. Direct Supervisor: Governance and Communications Team Leader
8. Supervisory Control: Minimal Technical Supervision.
9. Period of Performance: The Personal Services Contract will be for one year with the possibility of extension.
Extensions will depend on the need for continuation of such services, availability of funds, and satisfactory performance.

This is an entry level professional development assistance position intended for someone with a graduate degree in one of the social sciences and limited or no post graduate professional work experience.
