The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the supply, installation and maintenance of Automation Equipment for DRH Project U.S. Embassy Bamako, Mali.
The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable and price-reasonable offer. Your quotation must be in English and be submitted in a sealed envelope marked « Quotation Enclosed » on or before January 21th  2016, at 10h00 Local Time to:

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
There will be a meeting on January 27, 2016 at (10h: 00 a.m.) with the Department of defense to discuss the scope of work. All interested vendors planning to come to the meeting shall send their full name to dionyc@state.gov before January 21rst, 2016.
