RMO Mali is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for a company specializing in the manufacture, sales and distribution of detergents and household chemicals a HR Manager (H/F)

Missions

The ideal candidate would be crucial in ensuring the organization’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals and would act as a bridge between employees and management, overseeing various functions related to talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

Principales Taches 

Recruitment and Onboarding:       

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Mediate disputes and resolve conflicts within teams.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design development programs.
  • Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Set KPIs and monitor employee progress.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Review and benchmark against industry standards.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
  • Update HR policies to reflect organizational changes.
  • Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Workforce Planning and Analytics:

  • Forecast workforce needs based on business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction).
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee retention.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Promote initiatives that ensure a diverse and equitable workplace.
  • Monitor and address unconscious bias in hiring and management pra

Votre profil

Formation souhaitée

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a reputable HR certification.

Expériences nécessaires

  • 10yrs work experience
  • Bilingual – French & English [working knowledge proficiency]
  • Previous work experience in an FMCG Industry preferably an added advantage.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial unit.
  • Strong knowledge of Malian Labour regulations and laws.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in an ERP financial software eg. SAP or ORACLE and Microsoft Office Suite.

Savoir Faire Requis :

  • Ability to navigate workforce transitions and layoffs and recruitments.
  • Experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS) and data analysis tools.
