Area Sales Supervisor

RMO Mali is recruiting for a company specializing in the manufacture, sales and distribution of detergents and household chemicals:  a Area Sales Supervisor (H/F)

Missions:

The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing sales operations within the Mopti Region of Mali. Oversee a team of sales representatives to ensure sales and volume targets are met and build relationships with clients with the company.

Principales Taches :

Team Management :

  • Supervise and guide sales representatives within the assigned area.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure team adherence to sales plans.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Contribute to the development of sales plans in the assigned territory to meet set objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop customized solutions for clients.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest market penetration strategies.
  • Recommend promotional activities and campaigns to increase sales.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to higher management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Votre profil :

Formation souhaitée

  • Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnique graduate

Expériences nécessaires

  • 5yrs work experience in a sales related role within the territory.
  • Bilingual – French & English [not mandatory, but added advantage]
  • Previous work experience in a multinational FMCG Industry preferably an added advantage. 

Savoir Faire Requis 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
