The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the delivery of
Two (2) 220 Volts 50 Hz Black & White Multifunction Copier machines
With Finisher and Stapling
Standard functions Copy, Print & Scan
Speed 75-90 pages per minutes
Load minimum of 2500 sheets of paper
Recto –Verso (two-sided) automatic
Language options include English and French
Locally-available maintenance and repair services
Ten (10) Black toners/ink cartridges
Ø  All prices are in local currency (XOF)
Ø  The Contractor shall deliver all items not later than 45 days after the receipt of the purchase order/ contract award
Ø  All required items are delivered on time and of very good quality and in new, unused condition.
Ø  The maintenance and repair technicians must be namely eligible and approved by the Regional Security Office for access to the Embassy.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by December 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time.
