Salary & Benefits: ? 26,464 per annum
Main duty & Responsibilities: Islamic Relief NGO Mali (IR) is looking for a Senior Program Manager for its Programs in Mali. The post holder is expected to provide strategic support to the Country Director in the preparation, monitoring & evaluation of relief & development programs. He is required to provide technical direction management guidance to the country program staff and strategic feedback to the IR HQ. He will establish linkage with NGOs and other institutional donors in Mali. He will handle the program related narrative and Financial reports, proposals and concept papers for the donors Agencies as well as IR HQ.
Qualification & experience: Successful candidate should have a Post-Graduate education qualification together with at least 10 years experience in developmental and emergency relief program in a senior capacity. He should have proven track record preparing and managing coherent relief and development program in developing countries’ context, performing institutional funding and developing linkage with International NGOs and Government. Prove an excellent time & team management skills and very good working knowledge in Microsoft software operations (Word, Excel & PowerPoint and internet application as well).
Language knowledge: Successful candidate should be fluent in French and in English (both written an spoken). Ability to communicate in common used local languages would be an advantage.
Other: Successful candidate must be committed and sympathetic to the principle of Islamic Relief, flexible, patient, dynamic, analytical and sensitive to local culture.
